The Ikos Private Cellar is a curated wine collection developed in close collaboration with leading winemakers.
Each wine was selected by our sommeliers to pair beautifully with the dishes and ingredients it accompanies.

Full board typically includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, while drinks and additional services are charged separately. Ikos Resorts operates exclusively on an All-Inclusive basis, with dining and drinks included. Additional charges apply to selected services and experiences, such as spa treatments, certain watersports, mini-market purchases and other optional activities.
Restaurant reservations typically open in March for the upcoming season and can be made through the Ikos mobile app or by contacting the resort team directly. Guests can make up to three dinner reservations before arrival and arrange additional dinners once at the resort. Deluxe Collection guests can reserve dining for their entire stay in advance.
Ikos Resorts follows structured allergen-management procedures, including pre-arrival notification, kitchen briefings and specific protocols during food preparation and service. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact the resort before arrival and inform restaurant staff when ordering.
Although culinary teams are trained in allergen management, dishes and beverages may contain allergens, and cross-contamination cannot be completely excluded. An entirely allergen-free environment therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Allergens are clearly indicated on restaurant menus across Ikos Resorts. Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements should also inform the resort team so appropriate guidance and arrangements can be provided.
Yes. Ikos Resorts has extensive experience catering to gluten-free and coeliac guests, with dedicated gluten-free menu options available across all restaurants. The culinary team follows strict preparation protocols to avoid cross-contamination, and guests with coeliac disease are encouraged to inform the resort in advance so that extra care can be arranged. Gluten-free guests can enjoy virtually the full range of dining options.
Ikos Resorts offers an extensive and genuinely creative range of vegan dishes across all its dining venues, developed with the same culinary ambition as the rest of the menu. Plant-based options span breakfast through to fine dining, with dedicated vegan menus available on request. The brand has invested significantly in ensuring vegan guests experience the same exceptional standard of cuisine as all other guests.
Ikos Resorts accommodate a comprehensive range of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and other common food intolerances. The culinary team is trained to prepare dishes safely for guests with allergies or intolerances, and guests are encouraged to inform the resort of any requirements in advance. Allergen menus are available at all restaurants.
The Ikos Dine Out programme is a unique feature of the beyond all-inclusive concept that allows guests to dine at a selection of curated local restaurants outside the resort — fully included in their stay. This typically covers hand-picked tavernas and restaurants in the local area, transported by the resort. It’s a genuinely rare offering that connects guests with authentic local cuisine without any additional cost.
